Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, the Department for Procurement Services (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for temporary staff services - Pedagogical personnel to schools. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to qualified educational personnel for The Education Agency's service locations for absences, holidays and extraordinary situations where it is necessary to enter with more resources than the municipality can at its disposal at the relevant time. The cooperative purchasing agreement shall cover the need for teachers and AKS personnel for primary schools, teachers in secondary schools and sixth form colleges, as well as other educational personnel (environmental workers, assistants, child and youth workers, exam guards etc.).
