Lithuania – Construction machinery and equipment – LIBANO GINKLUOTOSIOMS PAJĖGOMS SKIRTI EKSKAVATORIAUS KRAUTUVAI (Angl. Front and backhoe loader)

Viešoji įstaiga Centrinė projektų valdymo agentūra (CPVA) ketina įsigyti ekskavatoriaus krautuvus (pirkimo objektas), kurie skirti Libano ginkluotosioms pajėgoms. Šis pirkimas vykdomas pagal 2025 m. liepos 11 d. pasirašytą Projekto įnašo susitarimą tarp CPVA ir Europos taikos priemonės, įsteigtos Tarybos sprendimu (BUSP) 2021/5091, kurią atstovauja Europos Komisija kaip pagalbos priemonių administratorė, siekiant paremti Libano ginkluotąsias pajėgas. Projekto įgyvendinimo sutarties priede Nr. 1 Activity 1.2. Public procurement nustatyta: „The parties to this Agreement agree that the project's implementation is of special urgency (as confirmed by the crisis declaration for Lebanon currently in place at the EC level). On this basis, CPVA will carry out the relevant procurement of the equipment to be provided to the LAF by means of negotiated procedures without prior publication, as applicable under its own procurement rules“.
