Norway – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Framework agreement - R01831 - Strategic EBA consultancy services

The procurement shall contribute to cover the contracting authority ́s need for strategic EBA consultancy in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency develops, constructs, operates and disposes property, buildings and sites (EBA) for the defence sector. Our assignment is to ensure that the defence sector has efficient and flexible facilities to practice, learn and live. The consequences of the extent and investments with the Long Term Plan for the Norwegian Defence "The Defence Promise" over the next 12 years and a large maintenance lag in the existing buildings and properties will mean that the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency must think more generally. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has an overall ambition that the Norwegian Defence shall have cost efficient systems that are robust over time. This is taken care of by the defence sector ́s geographical locations being part of an updated comprehensive plan as a basis for decisions and ensuring a conscious long-term development direction. At the same time, we will use sustainable management of the sector ́s resources, in accordance with the defence sector ́s environmental management guidelines.
