The purpose of the tender enquiry is to establish a framework agreement for consultancy services within the stated areas. The delivery shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for consultancy services in these areas. The assistance shall be provided in Trondheim, Oslo and Bergen. Disciplines: a) Process management and consultancy in the field of strategy preparation. b) Process management and consulting within competence strategy, business development on restructuring c) General consultancy activities for top management d) Portfolio management and profit realisation. e) Consultancy within IT governance on both business and sector level. f) Strategic management of KI g) Consulting within architecture management and architecture reviews h) Process management and consultancy related to professional reviews and evaluation/measurement. i) Consultancy within financial management and streamlining. j) Project management, primarily limited to the type of competence assignments stated above
