The scope of TAXUD-EUCDH contract is the provision of external services of program management, development, operations and support. The service is executed by the contractor’s staff or freelancers. Indicatively, it will cover different activities such as program management, software development, data management, operations, support and security operations, aiming to provide a solution flexible to accommodate future technological advancements, while ensuring the security and integrity of the data.
