Ireland – Health services – Selection Questionnaire for Establishing a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Private Hospital Services

The NTPF intends to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of hospital services, including Outpatient Packages of Care and Inpatient and Day case procedures. The Framework Agreement will be established with all suppliers who meet the minimum qualification criteria, as outlined in this Selection Questionnaire and subsequent ITT. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be four (4) years.
