Norway – Repair and maintenance services – 167-BYM-2024 Framework agreement for bicycle workshop services and bicycle training for children and youths.

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for bicycle workshop services and bicycle training for children and youths. The framework agreement includes two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Bicycle workshop services, including mobile and pop-up workshops. Sub-contract 2: Bicycle training services, primarily aimed at the Oslo School. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2026. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to 1+1 years on unchanged terms. The framework agreement is valid for up to a maximum value of NOK 10,000,000 over 4 years. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority. The final use of the framework agreement depends on the annual budget allocation.
