Norway – Patient-monitoring system – Market dialogue: Framework agreement for the purchase and maintenance of welfare technology.

Haugesund municipality shall procure technological welfare equipment and accompanying services. The contracting authority would like to carry out a market dialogue in connection with the preparation of the tender documentation. The aim of the market dialogue is to get input from the market for the provisional draft of the tender documentation, the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications, the customer ́s technical platform and price form. The drafts are being prepared and may be subject to changes up until the notice. All information in this document, as well as other information that is in connection with the market dialogue, is therefore not binding for the Contracting Authority or other participants in the contract.
