Agder County, together with 23 municipalities and associated entities in the Agder region, plans to announce a framework agreement for medicines and multi-dose. According to the Procurement Regulations § 12-1 (1), the Contracting Authority is entitled to hold a market dialogue as part of the preparation of the procurement. The objective of this market survey is to: Clarify whether the market can offer systems that cover the Contracting Authority's need Gain better insight into the possibility room and technological developments. Collect relevant information that can contribute to the design of the tender documentation. The contracting authority emphasises that input from the market is voluntary and not binding, and that there is no obligation to take into account the received input.
