Malta – Non-residential property renting or leasing services – Leasing of Premises - One (1) or Multiple Garage/s for Four (4) to Five (5) Cars, with Electricity and Water Supply and Sewer Services

The subject of this call is the leasing of four (4) to five (5) car garage/s with water and electricity supply and sewer services. The lease period is for one (1) year and shall commence following the preparation period, that is, one (1) month from date of the last signature of the contract. The lease period can be further extended yearly by a period of three (3) years, in line with the contract.
