The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works is obliged to notify affected customers of a stoppage in the water supply, according to the sanitary regulations in the subscription terms, and about deviations in water quality according to the drinking water regulations. Stoppages or deviations to the water supply are most often planned due to operation and maintenance work, but it is also due to acute events. The system shall also be used to notify on ongoing projects, trade specific notifications and information on planned work.
