Ireland – Graphic design services – ATU Single Party Framework Agreement for Graphic and Digital Design Services

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of integrated graphic and digital design services (the ‘Services).The framework will involve the supply of creative, graphic, and digital design services in line with the university’s brand identity and marketing and communications objectives, and will provide supplementary capacity to ATU’s internal creative and graphic design team. This is the first stage of a restricted procedure, all applications will be evaluated in line with the criteria and rules outlined in Appendix A. Responses will be scored and the top scoring five (5) or at least five (5) qualifying applicants will be invited to tender, subject to that number meeting the minimum requirements.
