The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for business services with the aim of creating 500 new jobs in Halden during the agreement period, strengthening cooperation between Halden municipality and the business and industry, and helping Halden develop as an attractive municipality for establishment, growth and innovation. The supplier will be a central link between the municipality, the business sector and external actors. The agreement involves coordination, implementation and development of measures that support Halden municipality ́s strategies and plans for business development and employment. The agreement shall contribute to attracting new businesses and workplaces, as well as strengthening and maintaining current work places.
