Malta – Subscription services – Provision of Red Hat Subscription Licences - T023/25

Through this tender, MITA will be renewing the current subscription licences by a further period of three (3) years. Furthermore, MITA may also procure, at its discretion, additional subscription licences (detailed in Table 2 of Document A – Financial Schedule) at the prices quoted through this tender and up to a maximum value of €50,000 exclusive of VAT, throughout the contract term. This Call for Tenders is being published as a competitive call that will be considered as a negotiated procedure (in accordance with Article 154(1)(b)(ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations).
