Cyprus – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Supply and installation of XAS/XAFS spectroscopy system with reference number CyI/BioMERAplus/XAS-XAFS/2025

The STARC of The Cyprus Institute is required to proceed with the purchase of XAS/XAFS spectroscopy system. The system will need to be purchased within the framework of the RIF-awarded infrastructure project BioMERAplus (BioMERA Platform upgrade: Synchronous chemical and structural imaging, RIF OPEN INFRA/0625/0030), for the purposes of this infrastructure project and for enhancing Cyprus’ national strategic infrastructure BioMERA Platform at the Cyprus Institute. This purchase is fully funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the European Union’s NextGenerationEU. The XAS/XAFS system will be installed and used at The Cyprus Institute BioMERA Platform premises and will be used by the relevant Research and Innovation ecosystem of Cyprus (including CyI and any other Research and Innovation organisations and teams in Cyprus).
