Stage: Development of the project from inception to planning stage and tender stage. It is intended that this housing project will be tendered as a contractor designed (design-build) project and post tender-stage the successful tenderer will be retained by SDCC to act as part of an architect led Technical Advisory (TA) team for construction and completion stages.
