Norway – Data services – Procurement of a Park Management System

Sandnes municipality (the contracting authority) would like, via this intention notice, to inform the market that it intends to enter into a contract for the Park Management Programme (MOM system) with Sweco AS. The procured programme is Sweco Driftsweb and Sweco Park. The contract will be signed by a procurement without a competition, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5. The intention notice is that the contracting authority would like to be transparent and give the market the possibility to object to the above mentioned contract signing. If the contracting authority does not receive objections by 19.09.2025, a contract will be signed. See the attached document for an intention notice on grounds.
