Helse Nord-Trøndelag HF, St. Olavs Hospital HF and Helse Møre og Romsdal HF have, by their clinics for mental health care, drug treatment, rehabilitation and habilitation need to use digital, standardised and normed review and mapping tools. The tools shall be used in mapping, reviewing, diagnosing patients in all age groups. They shall be based on recognised, standardised and normed methods. For example, cognitive ability tests, mapping executive functions, symptom mapping, function mapping, mapping of quality of life and mapping of patient satisfaction. We would like the different tools to be included in a digital platform where we as a customer can choose between different tools. As a minimum the delivery must include cognitive ability tests. The ability tests ought to include an option to also map verbal and non-verbal abilities. We are also interested in deliveries that cover parts of the needs, if one delivery does not cover all of the needs described here. Requirements for a digital system. We need a digital system that covers the needs outlined above, which ensure uniform administration, automatic scoring and reporting, which provides safe processing of sensitive data. The solution must also provide an option to use the existing paper based test set where the scoring still occurs digitally.
