Norway – Telecommunications services – Framework agreement sound and picture production for recordings and live broadcasting.

In order to ensure efficient information dissemination in the Norwegian Tax Administration, there is a need to enter into a framework agreement for audio and picture production of events for recording and live broadcasting with one tenderer. The following services shall be provided under this framework agreement: - Live broadcast and recording of events: Production and distribution of live audio and picture transmissions. - Consultancy services: Consultancy related to live broadcasting and simple productions. - Additional services: As described in this requirement specification.
