Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Framework agreement trade services for Tvedestrand municipality.

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for various trade services carried out on the municipality ́s properties. The procurement is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Joinery and carpentry services, including roofing Sub-contract 2: Painting and floor laying services Sub-contract 3: Concrete, masonry and tiling work Sub-contract 4: System walls and ceilings All contracts include, among other things, the following services: Maintenance and onerous work Planned maintenance jobs and projects of variable sizes. Emergency repairs New building Tvedestrand municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, is the contracting authority for the competition.
