Iceland – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – FA Rental Cars for the Icelandic State

Framework agreement for rental car service for the Icelandic State. Lot A: Electric cars Lot B: Non-electric cars. Gasoline, diesel, hybrid etc. Lot C: Mini-competition Lot A and B are direct purchases and the tenderers chosen are in the following order in both Lots. Buyers must first select Lot A and do business with number 1 seller. If that seller cannot provide then the buyer must go down the line. If buyer cannot rent an electric vehicle for legitimate reasons, the buyer must rent through Lot B. 1. Höldur 2. Hertz 3. Alp All sellers are in Lot C.
