Norway – Personal computers – Student PCs

The framework agreement is for the delivery of laptops for pupils in sixth form colleges in Rogaland. This is an offer that Rogaland county gives its pupils and it is called the 'Pupil PC Scheme'. The Pupil PC Scheme is an optional scheme where pupils can procure a computer at a subsidised price. The pupils with guardians place an order for a machine at the tenderer ́s own internet shop. Each student shall be the owner of the machine. This competition has two sub-contracts for Windows and MacOS respectively.
