Norway – Hire of trucks with driver – Framework agreement - Hire of lorries, machines and drivers - from 2025 - new notice

Kristiansand municipality, the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of lorries and machines with and without drivers with several tenderers. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the delivery and within the different categories. The competition has two main parts: The hire of vehicles and machines with driversIn hire of cars and machines without drivers, there are several categories that tenders can be submitted for. A contract will be signed with all qualified tenderers per category. The categories are listed in point 1.4.6 below. The contracting authority can terminate the lease relationship immediately and without prior notification if the tenderer does not provide the expected competence and/or quality, or if breaches are uncovered against the current regulations, laws or requirements. The contracting authority can end the lease terms immediately and without prior notification if there is no longer an assignment based need for the service. The contracting authority will hold an information meeting on the procurement. The agenda for the meeting is the following: Review of the tender documentation Review of the seriousness requirements Clarification of any uncertainties in the tender documentation Information Meeting will be held 24.04.2025, 18.00, in the Engineering Service ́s premises in Dalaneveien 39. The contracting authority encourages questions to be submitted before the meeting.
