Beaumont Hospital (i.e., the Contracting Authority) intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced contractor to undertake upgrade works on the Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning system that serves the operating theatre based in the St. Joseph Hospital campus located at Springdale Road Raheny Dublin 5, D05 E261, Ireland, under the management of Beaumont Hospital. The selected contractor shall supply, install, and commission the equipment and entire system mentioned in the scope of work. The upgraded system shall comply with HTM 03-01
