Ireland – Human resources management consultancy services – Tender for Human Resource Services

NMBI requires a suitable Human Resources service provider/team to manage and deliver HR operational services, administrative support, HR consultancy and HR organisational developmental services to NMBI, as further set out in the Specifications of Service Requirements in Section 1.3 of this RFT. The successful Tenderer must be capable of delivering necessary operational HR services, including HR administrative support, strategic HR advice and assistance in the areas of HR strategy, organisational development, and have competence to deal with statutory, political, governmental, public sector matters and with other key stakeholders. The approximate number of NMBI staff is 80. We also have between 5 and 15 temporary agency staff working with us from time to time dealing with peaks in operational demands.
