The Office of Financial Services and advisory, on behalf of the Department of Services and Innovation, invites tenders for services related to the Sentinel environment of the City of Reykjavík in accordance with these tender documents. The City of Reykjavík is seeking a partner to manage the City’s Sentinel environment and to work with the City on continuous improvements through automation and other capabilities. The City’s Sentinel environment receives activity logs from a wide range of systems, with the Microsoft environment as its foundation. The supplier shall assist the City of Reykjavík in shaping its future strategy in this area.
