Request for Tenders for the provision of services to assess the appropriate hierarchy of use of HVO across transport and other economic sectors. The Services comprise of analysis using both qualitative and quantitative data to determine the best way to use HVO across transport relative to different economic sectors, and within the transport sub-sectors. This will be done with due regard to other fuels to decarbonise those sectors
