Belgium – Electronic security lock – UCA 24/060 Acquisition of equipment and maintenance services related to the electronic locking system (E-locks) of the GSC buildings

With this call for tender, the Secretariat needs to conclude a four-year framework contract to acquire electronic cylinders (e-locks), as well as maintenance, support and technical services. In this context, it foresees a growth of approximately 100 new electronic cylinders per year during the lifetime of this contract. Equally the Secretariat foresees an annual need of 180 electronic locks to replace the faulty cylinders already in operation as well as other devices covered by the scope of this contract.
