Norway – Water transport services – Spending services by pilot boat (qualification phase)

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for transport of pilots by pilot boat. The service shall ensure safe and efficient transport of pilots to and from vessels in accordance with the current requirements and needs. The contract will include the provision of pilot boat services within a defined geographical areas. Tenderers must be able to offer vessels and crew that fulfil relevant safety requirements, have the necessary competence and are available for assignments in accordance with the agreed response time.
