Belgium – Lead – Framework Agreement for the delivery of 99.99% purity lead

The contract involves concluding a framework agreement with multiple contractors (mini-competition). The partial assignments involve the supply of lead with a purity of at least 99.99%, based on the European standard NBN EN 12659:1999 (PB990R). When submitting their proposal, tenderers must provide a certificate or document proving that lead (PB990R) can be supplied in accordance with NBN EN12659. If this certificate cannot be provided, the tenderer cannot be selected. The (maximum) 5 (five) highest-ranked tenderers will be selected for this framework agreement and participation in the mini-competition.
