Tender Description
Hafslund Celsio is planning the Skygard Energy Central project, where surplus heat from the Skygard data centre will be recovered and upgraded for delivery into the district heating system in Oslo. The project is based on installation of large-scale high-temperature heat pumps. The purpose of this RFI is to gather supplier information on suitable heat pump solutions, delivery capability, references, and indicative cost levels. This input will support Celsio in preparing for investment decision and subsequent procurement. Timeline: Preliminary contract: Q1 2026Contract signing: Q1 2027Delivery and commissioning: Q1–Q3 2029Start-up: September 2029
