Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Procurement of Clarity PPM License Maintenance

The object of the Agreement is the procurement of the maintenance of Sampo Clarity PPM licences for the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency’s ERP system (Enterprice Resource Planning). The procurement of Clarity PPM License Maintenance includes the maintenance of the following licenses already purchased by FTIA: - Clarity PPM Core x 1 user pack - Clarity PPM Full Function user x 350 - Clarity PPM View only user x 400 The licences are used by representatives of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, regional Economic Development Centres, and external consultants. The agreement includes a support service that includes the following: - License updates, defect repairs, improvements - Support services, including call center support, support requests, inquiries - Processing of development proposals - Electronic manuals, instructions, bulletins
