Ukraine – Construction supervision services – Works Supervision for Lot 1. Construction of Overpass (Transport Interchange) over Т-18-01 Rivne - Zdolbuniv - Mizoch - Dubno Road at km 49+590, Rivne region and for Lot 2. Construction of Multi-level Transport Interchange at the Junction of Roads M-06 Kyiv-Chop km 372+400 and M-19 Domanove (towards Brest) - Kovel - Chernivtsi - Terebleche (towards Bucharest), Rivne region.

The overall objective of the assignment is to select a qualified Consultant (the “Engineer”) to provide comprehensive contract administration and construction supervision services under of a Works Contract based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. The objective of this assignment is to ensure that the Works are implemented in a timely, cost-effective, and technically compliant manner. The Engineer will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of the Project in accordance with the applicable Ukrainian legislation, the provisions of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Finance Contract, the relevant Grant Agreement, and all applicable technical standards, norms, and procedures.
