Malta – Construction work – SPD6/2025/004 - Tender for the Demolition, Internal Alterations, Earthworks and Civil Works at an Ex-Water Pumping Station at Mgarr in an Environmentally Friendly Manner

The subject of this tender is the demolition, internal alterations, earth works and civil works at an ex-water pumping station, Triq ta’ Hagrat, Mgarr. The works shall mainly consist of: 1) Removal of existing slabs 2) Lowering of internal levels 3) Construction of lower level 4) Masonry, concrete works 5) Roofing works 6) Construction of external ramps, pathways 7) Installation of pipe work. A clarification meeting/site visit will be held on Wednesday 16th April 2025 Time 9am, at Triq Ta’ Hagrat (further down from the Mgarr Local Council)
