Norway – Sewage-treatment plant construction work – Invitation to market dialogue, secondary treatment and phosphor removal.

Trondheim municipality c/o the municipal engineering unit plans to implement a procurement for secondary treatment and phosphor removal at Høvringen treatment facility (HØRA). The contract shall be a turnkey contract (NS 8407). Trondheim municipality is in the planning phase of the procurement and sees a need to conduct a dialogue with the market. The aim is to expand our insight on the possibility room, and any limitations, for the implementation of the competition and contract in this phase of the project. Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to a written dialogue at first, where we would like feedback on our questions in Annex 1. If you have general input for the procurement beyond the questions we have asked, we would of course also like this welcome. Answers to the questions and any input will be sent via the communication module in Mercell by 03.10.25.Several rounds of dialogue can be submitted, either in the form of several written dialogues, dialogue conferences or one-to-one meetings. If it is not relevant to participate in this round of the dialogue, we still recommend that you keep up-to-date on all information made available in Mercell and register your interest via the communication module for any further dialogue.
