Norway – Electrical domestic appliances – Invitation to market dialogue - Framework agreement for white goods, brown goods and electrical small articles.

Kristiansand municipality would like to hold a market dialogue before the implementation of a new competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of white goods, brown goods and electric small articles. The aim is to get input to ensure that the tender documentation is as relevant and feasible as possible. This is an invitation to all interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue before the future competition is announced. We would like feedback from possible tenderers on: Input on requirement specifications and contract terms Input on any environmental requirements and award criteria (including weighting climate and environment) Experiences with similar deliveries to the public sector It is noted that Kristiansand municipality is not obliged to follow the input that comes in with a competition implementation. Implementation: The market dialogue will be held as digital Teams meetings of approx. 1 hour with each tenderer. We have set aside 9 and 10 October as relevant dates for the implementation of the market dialogue. Practical information: Interested actors are asked to register their interest via Mercell by 03.10.2025.
