Tender Description
The MMUH has been designated as Major Trauma Centre for the Central Trauma Network in Ireland. A key infrastructural requirement to support this national service is the facility to directly accept patients via air transport. The MMUH has received planning permission for the construction of a helipad on the roof of its seven to ten-storey Rock Wing ward block which will be certified by the Irish Aviation Authority(IAA).
