Norway – Cleaning products – 25/2427 - Framework agreement consumables

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, department for procurement services (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), intends to implement a framework agreement for the purchase of consumables for all of the municipality's activities. The framework agreement includes consumables for cleaning, offices, schools and kitchens. The contracting authority would like a dialogue with suppliers in this market, in the form of answers to questionnaires and any subsequent 1:1 meetings.
