The subject of this tender is the provision, maintenance and upkeep of traffic signs and road markings which maximise the lifespan whilst minimising associated environmental impacts for the Ħal Balzan Local Council. The place of acceptance of the works shall be at Ħal Balzan, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be for four (4) years.
