Norway – Parking services – Dialogue - Service concession contract for parking regulation.

Bærum municipality would like to challenge the market to give input, look at new possibilities and give good ideas for the planned procurement of a service concession contract for parking regulation. The dialogue will be carried out in the following way: Written answers and input on questions and the execution of one-to-one meetings. In the first phase tenderers are invited to submit written answers and input on the questions listed in tab "2. Question form". Questions and answers are reviewed in the second phase during the one-to-one meeting between the contracting authority and the service provider. The contracting authority will not answer questions in the period from 19.9.2025 until and including 5.9.2025.The deadline for answering questions and input, and registration for one-to-one meetings is 7.10.2025.
