Norway – Management holdings services – Asset manager Troms Holding AS - RFI

Troms Holding AS (hereafter called the contracting authority) is planning the purchase of asset management services. Troms fylkeskommune's shareholding in the power company Troms Kraft AS of 60% was decided by the county council to be transferred to a separate holding company, Troms Holding AS, which was established in 2019. The aim is to provide financial assistance to initiatives that promote regional development in Troms county, as well as own and manage the axes in Troms Kraft AS and other activities that are in connection with the purpose. The contracting authority needs a capital manager for assistance with financial management of short-term and long-term financial assets in the company. We are currently investigating the possibility of either hiring expertise in-house, alternatively to purchase the service remotely. We would like, thus, to hold a written market dialogue (RFI) with relevant tenderers. We have formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Information on RFI - Kapitalforvalter Troms Holding AS". We hope relevant suppliers will be able to answer these questions and possibly give further consideration if required. The responses shall be sent directly in the document under each of the points and shall be delivered digitally in Mercell under the tab communication.
