Regeneration of the Sisters of Mercy Convent Site and Adjacent Lands, Westport, Co. Mayo . This regeneration project will see the development of a New Public Library, Civic Office and Community Buildings This is a restricted procedure to initially shortlist suitable applicants, with invitations subsequently issued to submit a Financial Tender bid. Stage 1 Pre qualification for main works contractor, and stage 2 restricted for award to main works contractor.
