This scheme shall cover assistance, assignments, consultancy and consultancy services within analyses, modelling and evaluations within the mobility sector. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: -transport -public transport -mobility - area planning -infrastructure In the first stage the contracting authority will qualify tenderers, and then invite qualified tenderers to submit tenders in the individual competition under the scheme when the need for assistance occurs.
