Norway – Live plants, bulbs, roots, cuttings and slips – 2025 Framework agreement for the purchase of spring and autumn plants

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs a framework agreement for the purchase of spring and autumn plants. In order to fulfil the obligations of planting and maintaining the city ́s parks, squares, flower beds and roads, a larger quantity, spring and autumn plants are required.
