The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced public relations and communications service provider to support a range of operational and strategic communications activities. In general, the successful framework member will assist the Contracting Authority in managing and maintaining the quality of its interactions with the public and stakeholders of every description.
