The EIB aims at establishing framework agreements with specialised service providers to support the activities of the Advisory Services for Project Development Assistance Indicative total amount spendable under each lot Lot 1 – Technical Advisory - Energy: EUR 10,000,000 Lot 2 – Technical Advisory - Energy Intensive Industries & Cleantech: EUR 10,000,000 Lot 3 – Financial Advisory 20,000,000 Indicative range of budget for individual assignments A specific assignment budget typically ranges between EUR 50,000 and EUR 150,000. Specific contracts below EUR 50,000 may also be awarded under the FWA. Specific contracts above EUR 150,000 may also be awarded under the FWA, although the Bank reserves the possibility to tender assignments with such budgets separately.
