Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Request for information - Management tool for code systems and terminology.

Norsk helsenett SF would like, on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health, to announce a request for information in order to establish a user friendly and future orientated management tool to ensure administration, management, storage and presentation of code systems and terminology. The choice of a modern, safe and secure system that shall support a good and predictable management of code systems and terminology will be a foundation stone for handling the current and future codeworks, and will be a prerequisite for realising systems based on structured journal, process and decision support. In the future procurement, we will assess whether the solution should support entering, receiving, awarding, and processing code help requests from end-users. The list is not exhaustive and the coming competition will clarify which requirements the Contracting Authority has in relation to the expected functionality in the final system. Tenderers are free to describe advantages of the suggested solution proposal based on the contracting authority ́s initial descriptions of the need.
