Norway – Live plants, bulbs, roots, cuttings and slips – 2025 Framework agreement for the purchase of pan flowers

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs a framework agreement for the purchase of panflower flowers. In order to fulfil the obligations of planting and maintaining the city ́s parks, squares, flower beds and roads, a large quantity of stepmother is required. Planning and ordering for the coming season is usually done in the autumn of the year before, and delivery must be ready for propagation early in spring to adorn the city.
