Norway – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – (2025/1369) Fuel in bulk, framework agreement

The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of fuel and fuel oil in bulk. The contracting authority has a framework agreement for fuel from stations and on off-the-shelf goods inside the station. Fuel and off-the-shelf goods from stations are therefore exempted from this framework agreement. Participants in the procurement: - Gol municipality Gran municipality Hol municipality - Jevnaker municipality - Kongsberg municipality Krødsherad municipality Lier municipality. - Lunner municipality Modum municipality Notodden municipality. - Ringerike municipality (participates in fuel oil and has an option for fuel) - Øvre Eiker municipality - Ål municipality (option) Hallingdal fire and rescue service IKS The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 9,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 75,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
