Norway – Business development consultancy services – Assignments as project manager for organisation development in the Norwegian Correctional Service.

The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service shall enter into an assignment contract with a tenderer who has good competence and experience in managing large and complex projects within organisation development, preferably from the justice sector. Knowledge of institutions that carry out detention will be an advantage. The assignment means that the resource shall manage and execute projects within organisation development in consultation with the customer. It is desirable to start up as soon as possible, cf. the schedule in point. 1.6. The extent of the assignment is 100% with a provisional expected duration until the end of 2026. With an option for an extension of the assignment until the contracting authority ́s project has been completed. The contracting authority ́s requirements for the assignment are given in SSA-O annex 1.
